As a professional athlete, I faced relentless physical and mental pressure. I eventually realized that true performance and resilience don’t come from physical training alone — they’re rooted in mental and emotional tools as well. That breakthrough ignited my mission to help others unlock mindfulness, self-awareness, and practical strategies for thriving under pressure.


After transitioning from professional basketball, I discovered my calling in education—teaching mindfulness, breathing, and emotional awareness. Today, I share those same practices as a wellness and resilience speaker, helping students, educators, and organizations discover their own paths to well-being and integrate these tools into everyday life.


With over 1,400 consecutive days of meditation and formal training in Breath as Medicine and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), I blend personal dedication with science-backed techniques. Mindfulness has been proven to reduce stress, boost mood, and build resilience — benefits I’ve seen firsthand in my work, my audiences, and my own life.
